The meeting was called to order by President Jim McCullough at 6:30 PM.

Karo read the Minutes of the April 7, 2010 Board of Directors meeting. Bob Dunn moved with second by Brett Lenz that the Minutes be approved as read. Vote taken; Motion carried.
OLD BUSINESS:
- Don Nelson reported that the treasury is “‘bout like last week.”
- The Skyhawk should be back in a week or so.
- Kathy Barry told Don that she’s got the food for the May 15 flour drop & spot landing contests all worked out. We’ll have pork patties, buns, and BBQ sauce, etc.
- Jim Beeghly reported that he has received three applications for the scholarship.
- Tomasz will be switching us over to the new website any time now. Members will see a new layout with all the old information transferring over. There won’t be any interruption . . . just a different look.
NEW BUSINESS:
- No new members were added to the roster this week.
- Jim McCullough said he attended the Dubuque flight breakfast and noticed there was a good turnout.
- The airport received its first mowing of the season with many more yet to come throughout the spring, summer and fall. EVERYONE is welcome to come out any time and mow.
