The meeting was called to order by President Jim McCullough at 6:30 PM.

The Minutes of the June 30, 2010 Board of Directors meeting were read. Bob Dunn moved with second by Brett Lenz that they be approved as read. Vote taken; Motion carried.
OLD and NEW BUSINESS:
1. Discussion was held about the process of cleaning & removing rust (with a sandblaster) and painting the roof, two sprayers have been located, and the date (first part of September?) for this project (Don’s “fun day”). Jim McCullough has a compressor that would do the job.
2. Treasury: Don Nelson reported that “it’s improving a little, dues are coming in; it’s getting better. We don’t have any money to waste.”
3. This year’s scholarship recipient, Skylar Rath, has had “three or so” more lessons.
4. The Arrow’s at Duke for its annual.
5. Ben Lunstrum, our 2008 scholarship recipient, received his private pilot’s license. CONGRATULATIONS, Ben!!!
6. The pontoon trip that we were going to schedule is not going to be held this year.
7. No new members
