The meeting was called to order by Jim McCullough at 6:30 PM.

The Minutes of the January 5, 2011 Board of Directors meetings were read by Dave. Bob Dunn moved with second by Brett Lenz that the minutes be accepted as read. Vote taken; motion carried.
BUSINESS:
- The dues have been dripping in, other than that there is nothing new to report on finances.
- We have cancelled insurance (the ‘in flight’ portion of it) on 51Q. We will get it insured again when it’s time to send it for annual.
- The Citabria was almost ready to get back from annual but Duke decided that it’s rudder needs some work so it’s still there.
- Thanks to Andy the Blazer should be running soon.
Bob Dunn moved with second by Brett Lenz that the meeting be adjourned. Vote taken; Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 6:34 PM.
