The Minutes of the January 12, 2011 Board of Directors meetings were read by Randy. Bob Dunn moved with second by Brett Lenz that the minutes be accepted as read. Vote taken; motion carried.
BUSINESS:
- Don mentioned very special character of today’s meeting. It’s not everyday that we have three active airline pilots, two instructors and one DPE at our meeting. Still it is suspected that all of them together have less hours total than Don.
- The dues have been slowly coming in, other than that nothing really changed from last week
- N7717U has a problem with engine. Mark is looking into it.
- Citabria is ready to come back, we just need a day with flyable weather to get it back
- Oyster/Chili Supper is this Saturday at 6:00pm
- John mentioned that we should start planning some events for this summer. He will look into possibility to coordinate poker run time with activities going on at other airports (especially fly-in breakfasts).
