The meeting was called to order by Don Nelson at 6:30 PM.

BUSINESS:
- We have pickup load of pumpkins. Panic is over, everything is ready for the event.
- Rick’s brother came and spread the sealant on taxiway.
- This Sunday before Pumpkin Splat we will have annual members meeting. One of the points is new board elections. Four members ur up for reelection (Bob, Tim, Jim and Brett). So far we did not get any additional nominations.
Bob moved with second by Brett that the meeting be adjourned. Meeting adjourned at 6:46 PM.
