The meeting was called to order by Randy Stannard at 6:30 PM.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Names of members present have not been recorded. Total head count was 14.
BUSINESS:
- We have 2 new members this week.
- Discussion continued on new scholarship rules and committee shape. So far Jim Beeghly, Tim Scheer and Mark Eads volunteered themselves to be on the committee.
- Oyster Stew dinner will be held on January 21st 2012.
