The meeting was called to order by Jim McCullough at 6:20 PM.
OTHER BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Bob Dunn, Tim Sheer, Randy Stannard, Brett Lenz, Calvin Colony and Tomasz Korwel.
OTHER MEMBERS: Don Nelson, Rita Orr, Em Norden, Terry Koehn, Walker Olson, Dave White Andy Carpenter, Chris Lenz and Roger Medsker.
The minutes of the December 14th, 2011 Board of Directors meeting were read by Calvin.
BUSINESS:
- Scholarship. Nothing changed since last meeting. Jim is not here today so we have no progress report.
- According to Tim there is a lot of scared oysters out there right now. We will also have chili and fried turkey. As usual if you want something special to eat/share, bring it yourself. Oyster Stew dinner will be traditionally held at Willy’s garage and will begin around 5pm.
- Runway light project is moving along. Bret still needs a lot of peanut butter jars (28oz or bigger). If you have any please drop them at the office.
Bob moved with second by Brett that the meeting be adjourned. Meeting adjourned at 6:33PM.
