A.R.R.O.W. stands for Airworthiness Certificate, Registration, Radio Station License (international flights only), Operating Limitations, and Weight & Balance (certified). It is the responsibility of each Pilot In Command (PIC) to ensure these documents are on-board the aircraft each time he or she takes to the air.
