​Use Scheduler FM for the big picture of Club flight operations:  A full calendar view of all aircraft, instructor, and maintenance reservations.

Aircraft Dashboard

Your at-a-glance “go/no-go” check before every flight.  The Dashboard gives color-coded insight into aircraft readiness, pilot currency, maintenance status, and other administrative requirements.

Flight Logs

​Flight Logs are used to record every use of each aircraft, ensuring accurate maintenance tracking, billing, and operational history for the entire fleet.

IMPORTANT:
​Take a picture of the Tach & Hobbs times BEFORE your flight.  Enter the ending Tach & Hobbs times.  Double check for accuracy BEFORE submitting your flight log.

Account Profile

It is important to keep your account information accurate and up to date—including contact details, certificate number, medical and flight review dates, and a digital signature.  Doing so ensures CrewChief can notify you properly, and keep Club operations running smoothly.
