OLD BUSINESS:
1. Treasurer's Report: Randy reported money is about gone as we’ve had some pretty large bills come in (e.g., 17U).

2. Airplanes: Everything should be up and running by the time peak flying season arrives. It’s been reported the Ercoupe has exhibited wing flutter, so that will be checked with the ADS-B is certified. Both the Chief and Ercoupe will be back on line March 1.

3. CFII Gary Lust reminded us of the importance of the pilot to enter information regarding the airworthiness of our airplanes on the dry erase board on the north wall of the office post-flight. Please try and remember to do this very simple task.NEW BUSINESS:1. Bob Dunn’s long-time special friend, Emily (Em) Norden passed away this week. She’s been a real supporter of the Club, has been a good friend, and fed us delicious desserts for years and we know Bob as well as Club members will miss her. We’ll send flowers for the service.2. Everyone seems happy with the Wednesday night dinner arrangements. If anyone other than the six previously-reported volunteers would like to provide dinner, please let Mike Mango know and he’ll put you on the calendar.Randy moved with second by Jim that we adjourn.
