MINUTES OF THE JULY 10, 2019 BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

The meeting was called to order by President Rick Treiber at 6:40.

OTHER BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT:  Randy Stannard, Tim Scheer, and Chris Lenz with Paige and little Flynn.

MEMBERS PRESENT:  Bob Dunn, Joe DeMaria, Brett Lenz, Larry Clore, Mike Mango, Shawn and Gayle Rhinehart, Merlin Weissheier, Ryan Story, Rod Thompson, Jerry Smithey, Walter Rich, Richard Couch, and Chef Johnita Quinlan (who provided our delicious meal for tonight)

The minutes of the June 19, 2019 Board of Directors meeting were read by Rick.  Chris moved with second by Randy that the minutes be accepted as read.  Vote taken; Motion carried.  There have been no meetings the last two weeks.

OLD BUSINESS:

1. Treasurer's Report:  All bills are current and we have a fair balance .We are okay for now.

2. All airplanes are up and flying.

3. Chris is still working on getting the ADS-B devices installed.  Probably won't finish until after Oshkosh.
NEW BUSINESS:

1. We were asked again by Swisher Men's Club to provide a flyover at their event in September.  Randy moved with second by Chris that we accept, Vote taken; Motion carried.

2. EAA Chapter 1630 meeting is this Saturday.

3. We have a new CFI, Matt Golden.
Chris moved with second by Randy that we adjourn.  Vote taken; Motion carried.  Meeting adjourned at 6:55 pm.
