About the Bill Kimble Flight Scholarship
The journey to become a pilot requires considerable amounts of time and resources. While many are excited by the prospect of becoming a pilot, few fully understand these requirements. It is the hope of the Green Castle Aero Club Foundation that this scholarship opportunity will empower young adults to pursue their dreams of learning to fly. The Bill Kimble Flight Scholarship eliminates resource barriers by providing a significant portion of training costs while asking only that students commit the required time and effort to achieve their goal of becoming a pilot.
Green Castle Aero Club is an ideal place for flight training. Our members have a wide range of aviation experience who are always happy to answer questions or offer advice. Training at Green Castle offers students the unique chance to meet these pilots and get a real sense of what it takes to become one.
